Houston One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating Sells A/C Units to Benefit Texas Children’s Hospital and Children’s Miracle Network
HOUSTON (May 25, 2017) – Some promotions for air conditioners come with incentives to save people money, but One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating has taken an extra step in getting Houstonians to buy air conditioners: charity. In March, One Hour ran a local promotion promising to donate $100 for every high efficiency AC unit sold, and as a result 67 units were sold. Today, One Hour is making a $6700 donation to Texas Children’s Hospital along with a match by Direct Energy North America Home, for a grand total of $13,400.
One Hour is part of the Direct Energy family of brands, and Direct Energy has recently been named to the Miracle Million Club for Children’s Miracle Network of Hospital’s for its donations.
