Dairy Queen beat the heat with Miracle Treat Day!

On July 25th, Dairy Queens nationwide celebrated Miracle Treat Day! Miracle Treat Day is one of the best days of the years for children all across the US.  Dairy Queen has partnered with Children’s Miracle Network since 1984 and has raised over $145 million for local hospitals all over the country. In 2018, our incredible franchisee’s raised over $50,000 for the patients at Texas Children’s Hospital.

Here in Houston, Dairy Queen pulled out all the stops to help kids have fun and enjoy a summer treat. In 2019, more than 64 stores in the Houston area participated Miracle Treat Day 2019, each doing something different to decorate there store and support Texas Children’s Hospital. Balloon themed quilts, blow up games in the parking lot, and even balloon artists were present to top off a fun filled day.

One of our Miracle Kids, Leo, got to visit our 2018 Top Fundraising Store 2300 Buckthorne in the Woodlands for some blizzards and fun!

Our friends at Dairy Queen Old Spanish Trail provided blizzards for the entire Texas Children’s Philanthropy Office!

Our friends at the Navasota Dairy Queen! They put on an entire citywide health fair to get the entire town excited about Miracle Treat Day!

In Houston, we are incredibly thankful for all our Dairy Queen partners do for our patients at Texas Children’s. Thank you for a great Miracle Treat Day 2019.
